  1. You do not have to be a vegetarian to love beans. I find beans to be a soul and luxury food. You will find Beans in everyone’s kitchen pantry. This is the most versatile food we have on the planet and I hope more people will start cooking with this delightful B E A N. I learn more and more about beans and the recipes around the world. We are always looking for new recipes with BEANS. I mean any kind of bean too! During my younger years I managed to create a few delights along with a cup of rice…. you made a meal. Red Bean and Rice were known to Mim in New Orleans as on every Monday. This would be Wash Day and Red Beans and Rice Day too along with a loaf of French Bread.
