cookbooks weeks 2 and 3

I got a little behind in trying to work through my cookbooks one at a time. I had a dinner party last weekend and made one salad out of each of these cookbooks: oranges and olives from the Great Book of Couscous; carrots with orange juice and orangeflower water from the Ethnic Paris Cookbook; and cucumber with zatar from Paula Wolfert’s book. Plus I made a big pot of couscous vegetables and cooked some merguez. Had no Algerian wine though.
